Conclusion

As you can see in the sequence, I not only have made a good recovery in terms of getting myself back towards the center of the court, but I have gotten myself back to the middle with my shoulders and hips squared and balanced. The result is an easy transition to either a forehand, backhand or whichever direction I might need to move while reacting to my opponent's next shot.
