Here are the other three exercises in my pro tennis warm--up.

In just a few minutes you’ve got you’re heart rate up, broken a light sweat and loosened up the key muscle groups for tennis. Now you’re ready to stretch.

Stay tuned for Part 2 to see how.

EXERCISE 3: Crossover Shuffle

The same movement pattern with crossover steps.

Repeat exercise two times.

Your heart rate should be starting to pick up a little bit.

EXERCISE 4: High Steps

Face the baseline. Take high steps forward to the baseline, then backward steps to the net.

You’re steps should be quick and light.

Repeat exercise two times.

EXERCISE 5: Butt Kicks

Finally butt kicks to warm up the quadriceps.  Let your arms hang behind your back and kick your feet up until your heels touch your hands.

Your feet should feel light.

To the baseline and back twice.
