More Consistent Serve Via a Better Ball Toss

 Good Ball Toss Elements

• Start your toss with your arm straight, wrist is locked and the ball on your finger tips.
• Bring the ball and racquet down together to about mid-thigh on your lead leg and then up again in a fluid motion.
• The knee bend starts after the ball toss, not when you start the motion.
• The tossing arm motion continues up even after the release of the ball.
• Overall, the tossing arm remains straight and the wrist locked throughout the tossing motion.
