Play Shoulder Tag

To turn your two-handed backhand into a weapon, you must coil your shoulders
and body sufficiently, and then uncoil and follow-through all the way. One
way to remind yourself to do this is play shoulder tag.
As the ball approaches, turn your lead shoulder toward the ball and all
the way up to touch your chin. A complete follow-through should bring your
hands and racquet head high over one shoulder and bring around your other
shoulder rotating around to tag your chin again. Try it. It's fun and it
works.
