Rule of the Week Question
After completing warm ups at at recent tournament, my opponent went over
for a last few words of advice with his coach before the match started.
Is this allowed since the match had not technically started?
Answer
No, According to the "no coaching rule," coaching is only permitted
during an authorized rest period. There is to be no coaching during or following
warm ups.
