The Hitting Arm Position: Forehand

Elements
- Good ready position with head of racquet pointing straight
ahead and at about waist level.
- At the turn, the elbow is relaxed and tucked in toward
the side.Wrist is laid back so tip of racquet points to back fence.
- At contact, hitting arm position is unchanged--elbow
in and wrist back.
- At swing completion, the wrist reaches eye level and
remains laid back.
