Peter Graf has been serving his three-year sentence in prison in Germany.
He will get credit for time already served, and with time
off for good behavior, he could be out of prison as early as February 1998.
Wilson will begin shipping later this month frames with Power Holes.
Rackets have always had rather small holes around the edge
called grommets. Wilson's new models will have larger holes said to give
22% greater responsiveness from the strings.
The USTA has been blasted in newspapers, magazines and the internet regarding ticket prices and seat locations to this year's USOpen No matter how they respond to the complaints, the complainers are not satisfied.
As a result of the negative barrage, the USTA has very
wisely decided that those people who are that unhappy can get refunds if
they turn in their tickets before the first day of the Open.
Andre Agassi was in Miami Beach last week to help open an Official All Star Cafe.
That brings to five, the restaurants which have opened since December 1995. Under construction are restaurants in Atlanta and Atlantic City. In the planning stage are Chicago, Orlando, San Francisco and Washington, DC.
Agassi's partners in the restaurants are Monica Seles, Tiger Woods, Ken Griffey, Jr., Wayne Gretzky, Shaquille O'Neal and Joe Montana.
The company is planning on inviting local sports figures
as regional partners.
