3. Setup Complete
Now that my setup is complete, and the ball is dropping into my contact
zone, I am ready to reach up, shift my weight and unwind into the hit. Note
my left arm, fully extended, tracking the ball in the sky. This positioning
will give additional power, as now my shoulders are tilted, pointing up
to the ball. Further, the left arm will then lead the swinging motion, giving
rhythm and power to the shot.
