2. Posture
As I begin my forward swing into the ball, I have swung the racquet even
lower than it was in the previous frame. My posture is excellent. I am still
bending from the knees rather than the waist, and my balance and
concentration look pretty good (even I am impressed). The defensive lob
must be stroked not punched, and from the previous frame to this picture
you can clearly see that this is a swing, not exactly a power shot, but
definitely a full forward motion through the ball.
