1. The Wrong Way to Hit the Approach Shot
While coming into the net behind a short ball is good, rushing through
your approach shot so you can get a few feet closer to the net is bad. Here
I'm demonstrating two common approach mistakes: 1) looking up where I'm
going to hit the all instead of focusing on the ball; 2) and getting jammed
or handcuffed because I'm concentrating on rushing into the net rather than
setting up properly for my approach shot.
